Ingredients:
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons duck fat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Before cutting the baby potatoes in half or fourths, wash and dry them
