Duck Fat Roasted Garlic Herb Potatoes



It's simple to make these Duck Fat Roasted Garlic Herb Potatoes, and they taste great with any main dish. When you mix duck fat, garlic, and fresh herbs, you get a dish that is both savory and fragrant. It will impress your guests or make any weeknight dinner taste better.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons duck fat
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Before cutting the baby potatoes in half or fourths, wash and dry them

Put the potatoes in a large bowl and add the duck fat, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme leaves

Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper

Season with salt and pepper to taste

After the oven is hot, roast the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and crispy and the inside is soft

As a tasty side dish, serve hot
