Dark Chocolate Brownie Energy Bites



These scrumptious and wholesome Dark Chocolate Brownie Energy Bites will quench your chocolate cravings and give you a surge of energy. They are ideal for on-the-go snacking because they are made with natural ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine the pitted Medjool dates, almonds, dark chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, rolled oats, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt

Pulse the ingredients until well combined and a dough-like consistency begins to form

To help bind the mixture together, you can add a splash of water or a few more Medjool dates if it seems too dry

When the mixture is ready, take tiny portions and form them into balls the size of a bite

To firm up, place the energy bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least half an hour
