These 3 Ingredient Thin Mints are a quick and easy treat that will satisfy your chocolate and mint cravings with only three ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions:
Put the chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave
To make the chocolate chips smooth and fully melted, microwave them for 30 seconds at a time and stir them after each one
For the chocolate to melt, add the peppermint extract and mix it in
Cover both sides of each chocolate wafer cookie with the melted chocolate
Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Put the cookies in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chocolate coating sets
