Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a blender, combine avocado, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt
Blend until smooth
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in chia seeds and vegan chocolate chips
Pour mixture into popsicle molds
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid
