Turmeric and ginger are known to reduce inflammation, and Greek yogurt adds creaminess and probiotics to help keep your gut healthy. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Fresh pineapple chunks, spinach leaves, cucumber slices, honey, grated ginger, and turmeric powder should all be put into a blender

You can add ice cubes and half a cup of water to make the smoothie colder if you want to

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

If you think it needs more sweetness, add more honey

Put it in a glass and serve right away
