One Bowl Chocolate Chunk & Toffee Brownies



These homemade brownies are rich, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate chunks and toffee chips. Best of all, they're made in just one bowl, making cleanup a breeze!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup toffee chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave

Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into the melted butter until well combined

Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined

Do not overmix

Fold in chocolate chunks and toffee chips

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs

Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares
